Hopefully this taste as good as it looks!! Made Momma's Brussel Sprouts, BUT with Turkey Bacon in lieu of regular bacon & threw in a few chunks of sweet potato & some asparagus one of the roomies had left over. Delicious & Nutritious!
*it was in fact De-lish! The sweet potato did better than I thought it would. After it all cooked down it had the same 'mushy' texture as the brussel sprouts. The asparagus could have cooked longer....or maybe have been a side dish. Oh well-it still tasted good!
